Whenever your goal is to lose/gain some weight, improve your or your family's general health or if you seek specific nutritional advice, I am here to provide science-based information and to support you throughout the change.
During our 1:1 nutrition coaching sessions, I will work with you on a series of small steps that will help you improve your diet, overall health and the way you feel about your body.
I will take into account your personal circumstances, physical health and goals. I will give you evidence-supported nutritional information and practical advice. We will look at your diet and existing habits and decide together on practical and realistic changes.
Working in small steps and introducing gradual improvements to your diet will ensure long lasting effects and likely change your life quality.
How it works
I am always happy to speak to my clients prior to our session (free of charge) in order to give you more information on how we can work together.
Preceding our consultation I will ask you to provide the following information:
a detailed diary of your food intake over a week.
body measurements and weight
your health
Any additional details about your lifestyle and habits that you wish to share with me will also be extremely helpful in designing your individual plan. All your personal information is strictly confidential.
Depending on your goals and circumstances, you can choose one of the options below.
Single SEssion
A single 1:1 online session with, ideally, a follow-up meeting after an agreed amount of time. This is mostly for individuals who want to assess or make small changes to their current diet.
SUPPORT BUNDLE
A package of 4 online sessions spread over a maximum of 2 months. This is recommended for individuals who need more support in their journey or wish to make significant changes in their lifestyle.
