Apple, Walnut and blue cheese salad

Jazz Apples
Rocket Leaves
Blue Cheese
Walnuts
Olive Oil
Method
For best results keep the apples refrigerated before preparation. Slice them thinly and arrange on a bed of rocket leaves. Top with walnuts and crumbled blue cheese.
Drizzle olive oil on top.
Serve with bread or as a side dish.
